Career Connections 2008: Registration

REGISTRATION IS NOW CLOSED! 

STUDENTS:

If you were unable to register for Career Connections by December 17, you still have the opportunity to attend!  All you need to do is arrive on January 10 and register on-site at the Gaylord. 

Fee:

There will be no late registration fee.  The fee for students is $25.

Hotel Accommodations:

Submit Your Resume:

If you plan on attending, please submit your resume to Kyla Clark at kclark@ncaa.org.  It will be posted online for Career Connections job fair employers to view.  Many employers will be conducting on-site interviews and/or making connections for future hires.  There is no deadline to submit your resume, but the longer it is posted, the more likely it is for someone to view it. 

JOB FAIR PARTICIPANTS:

If you are a company or graduate program interested in participating in the 2008 NCAA Career Connections job fair, there is still room available!  There is no fee associated with participating.  Please contact Kyla Clark at kclark@ncaa.org to sign up. 

General Registration Information:

Guidelines for registration:  If you are a 2007 graduate or a graduate of less than a year come January 2008, you may register as a student and receive the $25 registration fee.  If you have been out of school for more than a year, you will have to register as a non-member and pay the regular registration fee.

*Students: Please remember to bring your student ID to Career Connections, as they will be checked upon arrival.

How to Register...

To register for Career Connections, you must enter your information in the NCAA Convention registration system.  Please follow the instructions below:

Please note: The student rate for attending the NCAA Convention session will apply unless employed full-time.

• If you are a student or recent graduate who wants to register for Career Connections you will need to first choose the "student" option on the opening registration page.  Next you will need to choose the NCAA division your school is affiliated with, fill out the form and at the bottom indicate that you are interested in attending Career Connections.  You will need to fill out the entire form and click submit in order form your registration to be complete.  
  

• If you are an administrator who is participating in Career Connections only, you will need to choose "non-member" on the opening registration page, choose the "career connections only" button and complete the form. 

• If you're interested in speaking on a panel at Career Connections or participating in the job fair, please email Kyla Clark at kclark@ncaa.org or call at 317/917-6530.  We would love to have you there!

• If you are an administrator who is participating in Career Connections and the NCAA Convention, you will need to register as you normally would and indicate at the bottom of the first form that you are interested in Career Connections.  You will then be asked if you have a job opening and will be contacted after your registration is submitted about Career Connection specifics.
