Membership News   Contacting Membership Services for interpretive issues Please remember that interpretive questions for the NCAA Membership Services staff should be directed to 317/917-6003 (Monday through Friday 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.), which is a special phone line established specifically to handle interpretive questions from NCAA member institutions and conferences. It is there to provide quicker access to Membership Services, and the line is staffed by Membership Services staff members with greater involvement in the interpretive area.
