The NCAA will pay for all reasonable expenses related to transportation (ground and air), lodging and meals.
| ▪ | The participants within 300 miles of the conference site are required to attend the conference via ground transportation. |
| ▪ | Participants will be reimbursed for mileage at .43 cents per mile. |
| ▪ | Expense forms will be provided at the conference. |
| ▪ | Participants must save all receipts and submit them with the NCAA expense report for reimbursement. |
| ▪ | The NCAA will pay for all travel requiring 300 miles or more via airline transportation. |
