Christine is finishing up her final year at Vassar College and will graduate with an anthropology degree and a correlate in Latin Studies.

For the last two years, she has worked as a research assistant within the anthropology department. A two-year field hockey captain, Christine is an elected member of the Master Planning Committee on campus.  She is also president of the Vassar SAAC and chair of the Liberty League SAAC.

Christine has played field hockey since she was 12, but has enjoyed the challenge of playing club rugby during the off-season at Vassar.  The field hockey team makes a practice of giving back to the community and has helped found a local girls league.

An experienced traveler, Christine has trekked to Spain and last summer designed her own independent project to study language tourism in Guatemala, with the help of a grant from the anthropology department. After her study concluded, she traveled throughout Central America to see the ancient cities of the region.
