Division I Student-Athlete Regional Leadership Conference | Education Services (Curtis Hollomon) | - Directors of athletics and conference commissioners in the "eligible" region must select participants (2 student-athletes and one coach or administrator per campus and up to three conference office representatives per conference office) and submit forms in the spring (around April) to register for the leadership conference
- Registration forms include:
1- Coach/Administrator registration form
1- Coach/Administrator promotion form
2- Student-athlete registration forms
2 - Student-athlete promotion forms - Registered coaches or administrators will then be sent a confirmation packet in August and are required to complete those forms by early September. Forms include:
1- Commitment to Attend Form
3- Personal information forms (one per participant)
3- Personal Commitment forms (one per participant)
3 - Waivers of Liability (one per participant)

- Registration materials are sent to institutions in the "eligible" region and are also available at www.ncaa.org/leadership.
- Registered institutions subsequently receive confirmation packets to finalize the commitment.

Division III Student-Athlete Leadership Conference | Education Services (Sarah MacInnis) | The conference happens 2 times per year, usually in fall and winter - Fall conference (September/October)
- Directors of athletics in the "eligible" region must select participants (2-3 student-athletes and one coach or administrator per campus)
- Registration forms are sent to ADs in March for the fall conference. Institutions are asked to register on line.
- Registration deadlines are typically in April and December

- Click on "Division III Student-Athlete Leadership Conference."
- Click on "Registration Criteria and Forms."
- Review the criteria, select your team, and follow the links at the bottom of each page to access the registration form.
- A confirmation page will appear after submission of each registration form which outlines instructions to complete registration. This includes:
- Print and sign 1 Commitment to Attend Form for your team.
- Print and sign 1 Waiver Form for EACH participant.
- Fax all forms to the national office.
- When the national office receives all forms, a confirmation packet containing instructions on travel, lodging and conference information will be mailed to the attending administrator. Travel and lodging arrangements should not be made until after the receipt of the confirmation packet.
