Association-wide committees deal with issues that affect
all members of the NCAA and perform duties necessary
to the ongoing operation of the organization.
Association-wide committees are comprised of
members from each of the NCAA's divisions and the subdivisions
of Division I.
A portion of the NCAA's annual budget is allocated for Association-wide programs and activities.
