·                                                                                                                                    Amend the men’s basketball recruiting calendar to preclude evaluations during the April contact period other than those conducted at the prospect’s educational institution under the supervision of the high-school coach.

·                                                                                                                                    In the sport of I-AA, permit noncoaching staff members with football-specific responsibilities to initiate and receive telephone calls from a football prospect subsequent to the prospect signing a National Letter of Intent.
