Anticipated Action Item:

Anticipated Action Items:
	· Amend Proposal No. 2002-75 to indicate that violations of NCAA Bylaw 13.7.5.5.4 (use of automobile) be restitution instead of de minimus. · Review proposal to eliminate Bylaw 14.11.4.2 (penalty for ineligible participation in NCAA championship) from the manual. · Approve changes to committee’s policies and procedures.

	· Amend official visit legislation so that Division III visits do not count against visit limit. · Amend official visit legislation to allow institutions to provide additional visits when a new coach is hired. · Establish a recruiting calendar for baseball.
	f.	Subcommittee on Financial Aid. [Supplement No. 23]
Anticipated Action Item:
	· Consider and forward the revised deregulation nonconsent package to the Management Council. · Approve plan for reviewing referral of the Management Council and Committee on Women’s Athletics regarding current head count and equivalency designations for women’s sports.
