·             Recommendation related to the review of initial-eligibility waivers that do not meet minimum-threshold review criteria.

·             Recommendation regarding the policy of overturning partial waiver approvals.

·             Recommendation regarding the use of misadvisement as a mitigating factor in waiver requests.

·             Recommendation regarding various concepts to reduce the number of academic waivers.

·             Recommendation related to adopting a quality point analysis when considering initial-eligibility waivers.

·             Recommendation regarding the acceptability of state ACT tests.
