REVISED VOTING CHART
The
following chart sets forth the order in which proposals in the 2006-07
legislative cycle will be voted on at the April 2007 NCAA Division I Management
Council meeting. All proposals
previously adopted, defeated or referred by the Management Council at its
January meeting have been removed from the chart and will not be considered
again. The chart continues to
contain page numbers of the proposals as listed in the NCAA 2007 Division I Official
Notice, positions previously taken by the NCAA Division I Management Council
Legislative Review Subcommittee, the subcommittee’s additional comments
and concerns and any mootnicity implications.

The proposal may accommodate behavior that is not necessarily consistent with Association principles (encourage more student-athletes to leave school). 3. The proposal may result in continued focus by student-athletes on activities other than academics; missed class time does not solve the academic impact. |
