2006-07 DIVISION I COMMITTEE ON ACADEMIC PERFORMANCE

Legislated Requirements:	Eleven members.  One CEO, one FAR, one AD, one SWA, one conference administrator and four at-large positions.  A CEO will chair the committee.  The committee shall consist of at least two members from each of the Division I subdivisions, but is not subject to the rule that no subdivision shall have more than 50 percent representation on any committee.
Policy:	Would like the committee to include a provost or vice-president for academic affairs.
Vacancy:	Three September vacancies.  Committee prefers at least one provost.
