Legislated Requirements:	Twenty-four members. Each Football Bowl Subdivision and Football Championships Subdivision football conference shall have one representative. Two student-athlete representatives. (Will occur by attrition.) One FBS coach and one FBC coach.
Vacancies:	One immediate vacancy: Conference USA and Colonial. Four vacancies: Mid-American, Mountain West, Patriot and Southland.
