The following committees have immediate vacancies, September 2007 vacancies or reappointments. For each committee I have attached the current committee composition chart, including a description of the vacancy, and a list of nominees:

· Division I Academics/Eligibility/Compliance Cabinet – one financial aid officer (public institution) vacancy. [Attachment A] [Nominees]

· Division I Committee on Academic Performance – three September vacancies. [Attachment B] [Nominees]

· Committee on Athletics Certification –four vacancies. [Attachment C]

· Division I Football Issues Committee – two immediate vacancies, one reappointment and four September vacancies. [Note: The Colonial Athletic Association will submit their nominee at a later date.] [Attachment D] [Nominees]

· Honors Committee – one vacancy – nationally distinguished citizen. [Note: This appointment is recommended by the Honors Committee.] [Attachment E]
