·           Reduces pressure on student-athletes to seek funding for tryout opportunities from impermissible outside sources.

·           Contains limitations to prevent abuses (48-hour limitation; actual and necessary expenses).

·           SAAC supports this proposal over 2006-23, although both are supported.
