Base Amount
All active Division II conferences in good standing shall receive a base amount of $85,000.

Independent Member Institutions Distribution (if apply)
All active Division II independent member institutions in good standing shall receive $8,000 per institution.
Requirements
Two-thirds of the total allocated funds (base and premium) shall be used to fund "required" grant programs.
One-third of the total allocated funds (base and premium) shall be used to fund "permissive" grant programs.
