Below is a link to the form for completion for the second pilot study that the Division II Graduation Rates Project Team is conducting.
A memorandum was mailed April 21 to athletics directors at all Division II institutions, which listed the two sports for which they should record student-athlete data for the 1996 freshman cohort. This information is due to the national office not later than June 2, 2003.
