NCAA DIVISION III ADMINISTRATIVE COMMITTEE CONFERENCE NO. 11

Acting for the Division III Management Council and Presidents Council, the Administrative Committee rescinded the appointment of Vinton Prince, faculty athletics representative of Wilmington College (Ohio), to the Division III Membership Committee. NCAA Bylaw 21.8.1.2 prohibits a conference from being represented by more than one individual on a committee. Mr. Prince's institution is a member of the Ohio Athletic Conference, which is already represented on the committee.

The Division III Nominating Committee will consider the vacancy at its September 29-30 in-person meeting.
