Acting for the Division III Management Council and Presidents Council, the Administrative Committee:

1. Approved the 2003-04 Division III Compliance Forms.

2. Approved the recommendation to adopt noncontroversial legislation to delay the effective date of Forms ? Student-Athlete Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) Authorization/Buckley Amendment Consent Form ? Disclosure of Protected Health Information to August 1, 2004.
