following action occurred
Acting for the Division III Management
Council and Presidents Council, the Administrative Committee approved the
following recommendations for appointment for an immediate vacancy on the
Minority and Opportunities and Interest Committee:

Donna Ledwin, commissioner, Allegheny
Mountain Athletic Conference, replacing Jill Redmond. Term expiration September 2007, eligible
for reappointment.
