NCAA DIVISION III ADMINISTRATIVE COMMITTEE CONFERENCE NO. 7

Acting for the Division III Management Council and Presidents Council, the Administrative Committee approved an incidental expense waiver per NCAA Bylaw 16.13.1 for Colorado College to provide transportation expenses on one occasion for a student-athlete to be with a parent who was undergoing brain surgery.

Note: The Division III Management Council intends to review the precedent established by this case during its October meeting.
