NCAA DIVISION III ADMINISTRATIVE COMMITTEE CONFERENCE NO. 4

Those participating were Thomas Courtice, chair, Division III Presidents Council; Bette Landman, vice-chair, Division III Presidents Council; Oscar Page, vice-chair, Division III Management Council; Joy Reighn, chair, Division III Management Council; Christopher Walker, Division III Management Council; Dan Dutcher, NCAA; and Bridget Belgiovine, NCAA, recording secretary.

Acting for the Division III Management Council and Presidents Council, the Administrative Committee, as recommended by NCAA staff and based on case precedent:

1. Approved a waiver request per Bylaw 31.2.1.3 (eligibility for championships—deadline waiver) for Keene State College to restore eligibility to participate in the 2001 NCAA Division III Women’s Lacrosse Championships (May 12 through May 20).

2. Approved a waiver request per Bylaw 31.2.1.3 (eligibility for championships—deadline waiver) for University of Massachusetts, Dartmouth, to restore eligibility to participate in the 2001 NCAA Division III Women’s Lacrosse Championships (May 12 through May 20).
