a. Recommendation. Approve the recommendations for appointments
to the following committees (Attachment A):
(1) Division
III Budget Committee –Lori Runksmeir, New
England College.
(2) Division III Championship
Committee – Steve Wallo, Lewis and Clark College.
(3) Division III Financial Aid and
Awards Committee – Marian Conrad, Kalamazoo College.
(4) Division III Interpretations and
Legislation Committee – Charlie Wilson, Olivet College.
(5) Division III Management
Council – Douglas Hastad, University of Wisconsin, La Crosse; Jan Travis,
Buena Vista University; Joyce Wong, Eastern Connecticut State University; and
Chad Yowell, Wheaton College (Massachusetts).
(6) Division III Membership Committee
– Anne Steele, Muskingum College.
(7) Division III Nominating
Committee – Lee McKinney, Fontbonne College, and Linda Moulton, Clark
University (Massachusetts).
b. Rationale. The Nominating Committee strives to
recommend qualified candidates to provide a balance in gender, ethnic minority,
and conference representation.
