Composition: Vacancies:	Eight members, including the vice-chair of the Presidents Council, an additional member of the Presidents Council, the vice-chair of the Management Council, an additional member of the Management Council, a member of the Championships Comm., an “at-large” Division III CEO who does not serve on the PC, MC or Champs Comm., and two “at-large” athletics administrators who do not serve on the MC or PC. One at-large representative. The appointee will be an athletic administrator. (Regions 1 & 3 are preferred but not required) Appoint Terry Logue.
