Waiver Request -- NCAA Bylaw 31.7.2.1.4 -- Financial Aid and Awards Committee.

Committee’s Recommendation:

 

Approve a waiver request for a third in-person meeting for 2001-02 for the Division III Financial Aid and Awards Committee.

Management Council Recommendation:

 

Approve the waiver.

ISSUE:

Waiver Request -- Bylaw 31.7.2.1.4 -- Student-Athlete Advisory Committee.

Committee’s Recommendation:

 

Approve a waiver request for a third in-person meeting for 2001-02 for the Student-Athlete Advisory Committee.

Management Council Recommendation:

 

Approve the waiver.

ISSUE:

Waiver Request -- Bylaw 31.7.2.1.4 -- Championships Committee.

Committee's Recommendation:

 

Approve a waiver request for a third in-person meeting for 2001-02 for the Championships Committee in conjunction with the annual sport committee chairs meeting.

Management Council Recommendation:

 

Approve the waiver.

Association-Wide Waiver Requests -- Bylaw 31.7.2.1.4.

Management Council Recommendation:

 

a.

Approve and forward to the Executive Committee a waiver to allow three in-person meetings for 2001-02 for the Committee on Women's Athletics and the Minority Opportunities and Interests Committee.

 

b.

Approve and forward to the Executive Committee a waiver to allow three in-person meetings for 2001-02 for the Postgraduate Scholarship Committee.
