ACTION ITEM – MANAGEMENT COUNCIL ONLY.

1.	ISSUE:	Theodore Roosevelt Award.
Committee Recommendation.
	Amend the Theodore Roosevelt Award nomination criteria to permit the nominations of former female student-athletes who participated in competitive, intercollegiate athletics, rather than requiring receipt of a varsity athletics award, effective immediately.
Management Council Action.
	Endorsed the revised criteria as amended by the statement “Barring extenuating circumstances, the committee deems appropriate to consider.”
