exceptions set forth in Bylaw 14.5.5.2.1, 14.5.5.2.2, or 14.5.5.2.3. A transfer student (other than one under
disciplinary suspension per Bylaw 14.5.1.4) may qualify for an exception to
the one-year residence requirement provided he or she does not have an
unfulfilled residence requirement at the institution from which he or she is
transferring. Further, a transfer student-athlete admitted after the
12th class day may not use that semester or quarter for the purpose of
