The telephone conference was called to order at 2 p.m. Central time. All members were present as noted above.

1. Announcements. There were no announcements.

2. Review of Presidents Council-Sponsored Proposals for the 2003 NCAA Convention. The committee reviewed the proposals sponsored by the NCAA Division III Presidents Council to be voted on at the 2003 NCAA Convention. The committee?s feedback regarding the proposals will be considered by the NCAA Division III Administrative Committee during its August 29 teleconference.

3. Adjournment. The teleconference adjourned at 2:35 p.m.
