SUBJECT: NCAA Presidential Search Update.
The work of the NCAA search
committee continues to progress, consistent with the established timetable
(Attachment). It should be noted
that there were a total of 89 nominations and/or resumes submitted for the
position. Baker-Parker contacted
each of the potential candidates and presented the list along with a progress
report to the search committee at its July 8 conference call.
Baker-Parker will
continue to screen candidates in preparation for the committee’s upcoming
conference calls and in-person meeting on August 9.
