NCAA DIVISION III ADMINISTRATIVE REVIEW SUBCOMMITTEE OF THE

DIVISION III MANAGEMENT COUNCIL

INFORMATIONAL ITEM.

Summary of Cases. From June 1 through September 1, the Division III Administrative Review Subcommittee and staff have reviewed six cases: two were granted, one was granted with conditions, one was denied by staff in keeping with subcommittee directives, and two were denied by the subcommittee (Attachment). The following NCAA bylaws were cited in the six cases:

· Bylaw 14.1.7 (Full-Time Enrollment)

· Bylaw 14.5.5.1 (Four Year-College Transfer – Academic Year in Residence)

· Bylaw 16.8.1.1 (Expenses Provided by the Institution for Practice and Competition)

· Bylaw 17.11.3 (Football – First Contest)
