SUBJECT: Modifications Based on Intent.
The NCAA Division
III Management Council has agreed to sponsor the attached four proposals as
modifications based on intent. The
approved revisions are consistent with the intent of the original legislation.
The following
proposal has been approved by the NCAA Division III Management Council in
concept but has not yet been approved in legislative form:
· Eligibility
– U.S. Service Academies, special eligibility provisions –
10-semester/15-quarter rule (page
3)
