INFORMATIONAL ITEM.

Summary of Cases. From September 1, 2002, through February 1, 2003, the Division III Administrative Review Subcommittee and staff reviewed 19 cases: two were granted, two were granted with conditions and 15 were denied (Attachment). The following NCAA bylaws were cited in the 19 cases:
