COMMITTEE
1. ACTION
ITEMS.
? In-person Meeting
(1) Recommendation. Approve an additional in-person meeting in
conjunction with the NCAA Convention to review the status of the budget and
welcome new members.
(2) Rationale. Because most of our meetings are conducted
via conference calls, an in-person meeting for those who are already in
attendance at the NCAA Convention would allow the committee to touch base and
meet each other.
(3) Budget Impact. None.
2. INFORMATIONAL
ITEMS.
a. 2002-03 Fiscal Year Financial Results.
Review the 2002-03 year-to-date financial results of $13,427,009 in revenue
and $5,489,707 in expenses. [Attachment]
b. Future Meetings.
The committee plans to meet via conference call in the fall following
the Initiatives Task Force meeting.
