SUBJECT: Editorial Revisions for the 2004 NCAA Convention.
Attached are four proposals that are recommended
as editorial revisions through the NCAA Division III legislative process. These revisions are not substantive in
nature and are intended to clarify or simplify existing legislation.

NCAA Division III Man-agement Council in concept but have not yet been approved
