future requests for this waiver must be accompanied by an action plan detailing
the steps the institution is taking to meet the sports sponsorship

noted Becker and Utica/Rome both presented institutional data proving a notable
disparity in the male and female populations at the institution. The committee further noted that Becker
is in its first year of active membership and should be actively pursuing the
establishment of five sports for each gender. The committee also noted that Utica/Rome
has enough women attending the institution to field five athletics teams, and
should strive to satisfy that membership requirement.
