COMMITTEE MEETING FREQUENCY

ACTION ITEM.

Association-wide committee meeting frequency. NCAA Bylaw 31.7.2.1.4 limits in-person committee meeting frequency to twice per year, unless authorized by the appropriate Management Council or the Executive Committee. Every April, governance groups in all three divisions review the anticipated committee meeting dates for the next academic year.

Attached for your review are the committee meeting frequency charts Association-wide committees. Association-wide committees requesting more than two in-person meetings in 2004-05 will need Executive Committee authorization.
