Immediate	To amend the criteria defining a professional athletics team by replacing the term "other reasonable expenses incidental to participation" with "other reasonable expenses."
NC-3	AMATEURISM -- INVOLVEMENT WITH PROFESSIONAL TEAMS -- DRAFT AND INQUIRY -- EXCEPTION -- INTERNATIONAL BASKETBALL DRAFT	Ready for Ratification at Convention	NCAA Division III Presidents Council [Management Council (Student-Athlete Reinstatement Committee)].	Immediate	In basketball, to permit a student-athlete in his or her final year of eligibility to be drafted during the basketball season by an international organization without forfeiting his or her eligibility in basketball.
NC-4	FINANCIAL AID -- ANNUAL ELECTRONIC REPORT -- PENALTY	Ready for Consideration by Management Council	NCAA Division III Presidents Council [Management Council (Financial Aid and Awards Committee)].	Immediate	To specify that an institution's failure to submit the annual report by the due date established by the NCAA Division III Financial Aid and Awards Committee and approved by the Management Council will result in a loss of eligibility for championships and Division III grant programs.
NC-5	AWARDS, BENEFITS AND EXPENSES -- ELIGIBILITY RAMIFICATIONS -- RESTITUTION FOR RECEIPT OF IMPROPER BENEFITS	Ready for Ratification at Convention	NCAA Division III Presidents Council [Management Council (Student-Athlete Reinstatement Committee)].	Immediate	To amend all Bylaw 16 provisions to increase the limitation on the value of improper benefits for which restitution is required, from $50 or less to $100 or less.

Immediate	To amend the composition of the Student-Athlete Advisory Committee by eliminating the requirement that the committee consist of a specific number of representatives from independent institutions.
NC-8	COMMITTEES -- DIVISION III -- MEN'S ICE HOCKEY COMMITTEE	Ready for Ratification at Convention	NCAA Division III Presidents Council [Management Council (Championships Committee)].	Immediate	To specify that the composition of the Division III Men's Ice Hockey Committee shall consist of two members from the East Region (one administrator and one coach) and two members from the West Region (one administrator and one coach).
