PRESIDENTS COUNCIL ACTION ITEM

ISSUE:		2002-04 Division III Biennial Budget.
Management Council Recommendation:
	Approve the 2002-04 Division III budget, noting the addition of $40,000 to the championships budget for Pool C enhancements in men's lacrosse, women's lacrosse and women's ice hockey.

ITEMS OF INFORMATION

1.	ISSUE:	2001-02 Budget-to-Actual Report as of June 24, 2002.
Management Council Action:
	Reviewed the 2001-02 Budget-to-Actual report, noting that line items with significant negative differences were justified and covered within the overall budget.
2.	ISSUE:	Division III Six-Year Budget Projections.
Management Council Action:
	Reviewed the six-year Division III budget projections highlighting revenues, expenses and revenue levels. The Council noted its recommendation to use reserves in 2005-06 to support, if adopted at the 2003 Convention, Model D–championships automatic qualification process.
