1.	ISSUE:	Proposal No. 1 – Playing And Practice Seasons – Football – First Contest (Bylaw 17.10.3).
Committee Recommendation:
	Amend Bylaw 17.10.3 to clarify in football that the first permissible contest may not be conducted prior to the Friday or Saturday 11 weeks before the first round of the Division III Football Championship.
Management Council Action:
Approved the draft editorial revision legislative proposal.
2.	ISSUE:	Proposal No. 2 – Playing And Practice Seasons – Maximum Limitations – Indoor And Outdoor Track And Field (Bylaw 17.25.5).
Committee Recommendation:
	Amend Bylaw 17.25.5 to clarify in track and field that the maximum contest limitation applies to both indoor and outdoor combined, rather than separately.
