Committee Recommendation:
Review the final 2001-02 fiscal year financial results of $10,866,000 in revenue and $11,231,968 in expenses.
Management Council Action:
Reviewed final FY 2001-02 financial results, noting the additional revenue of $207,000.
Presidents Council Action:
Reviewed the budget, noting the additional Division III revenue based on year-end Association-wide increases.
2. ISSUE:	2002-03 Year-To-Date Actual Expenses.
Committee Recommendation:
Review the year-to-date 2002-03 financial results of $13,427,009 in revenue and $1,732,556 in expenses.
Management Council Action:
Reviewed the 2002-03 year-to-date actual expenses, noting the expenses are approximately $700,000 greater than the first quarter of 2001-02.
Presidents Council Action:
Reviewed the budget.
