2. ISSUE:	Division III Discussion Session Agenda and Participants.
Subcommittee Recommendation:
Review discussion session agendas. (1) Division III Forum ? Future of Division III. (2) Initiatives Update. (3) Financial Aid Audit Model. (4) Playing and Practice Seasons Model. (5) Championships Issues.
Management Council Action:
Reviewed discussion session agendas, scripts and PowerPoint presentations.
Presidents Council Action:
Reviewed the sessions, noting the role and expectations of CEOs for the Division III Forum..

ITEM OF INFORMATION

ISSUE:	2003 Post-Convention Evaluation Questionnaire.
Subcommittee Recommendation:
The subcommittee noted that the questionnaire was being updated to include both Association-wide and Division III questions. The subcommittee members noted their responsibility to assist with providing feedback regarding attendance at convention sessions.

Accepted the information.
