1. ISSUE:	Proposal No. 1 ? Playing and Practice Seasons.
Management Council Action:
Approved the draft editorial revision to amend Bylaw 17.9 to clarify the use of ?with? and ?against? as used to describe competition in Bylaw 17 and its inclusion in the 2003-04 Division III Manual. The revision also will appear in the 2004 NCAA Convention Official Notice.
Presidents Council Action:
Endorsed the Management Council?s action.
2. ISSUE:	Proposal No. 2 ? Recruiting ? Contacts and Evaluations ? Four-Year College Prospects.
Management Council Action:
Approved the draft editorial revision to amend Bylaw 13.1.1.2 to clarify the contact restrictions regarding four-year college prospects and its inclusion in the 2003-04 Division III Manual. The revision also will appear in the 2004 NCAA Convention Official Notice.

Endorsed the Management Council?s action.
3. ISSUE:	Proposal No. 2 ? Recruiting ? Employment of Prospects ? After Senior Year.
Management Council Action:
Approved the draft editorial revision to amend Bylaw 13.2.4.1 to clarify legislation regarding the employment of prospective student-athletes and its inclusion in the 2003-04 Division III Manual. The revision also will appear in the 2004 NCAA Convention Official Notice.
