ACTION ITEM ?MANAGEMENT COUNCIL ONLY

ISSUE:	Establishment of Policy Regarding the Inclusion of Non-Convention Legislation in the NCAA Division III Manual.
Management Council Action:
Approved the inclusion of non-Convention legislation that is approved in legislative form at the January and April Council meetings for publication in the Division III Manual prior to approval by the membership during the subsequent Convention. Any non-Convention legislative proposal that is defeated by the membership would be removed in the subsequent Division III Manual.
Presidents Council Action:
Endorsed the Management Council?s action.
