ISSUE:		Division III Strategic Plan
Management Council Action:
	Reviewed the Division III strategic plan and the role of the Division III governance structure. The Council also reviewed the 2003-04 timeline, noting that the Strategic-Planning Subcommittee will meet in late February/early March to compare divisional goals and objectives with those contained in the Association-wide strategic plan.
