b. Association-wide educational sessions.

?            Consider one-hour sessions.

?            Title IX session was outstanding.

?            Retain education focus on Saturday.

?            Consider repeat of high profile sessions, particularly in the first time slot.

c. Division III forum.

General:

?            Retain roundtables and encourage delegates to sit with new individuals.

?            Greater structure and role for Management Council, Presidents Council and SAAC members were effective.

?            Continue to encourage dialogue.

Future of Division III:

?            Topic was appropriate; presentation and facilitation of sessions were excellent.

?            Consider additional structured regional communication with membership, particularly CEOs.

?            Post-Convention survey should include institutional response by CEOs.

d. Division III business sessions.

?            Excellent format (a.m. discussion/p.m. voting) and timing.

?            Excellent presentations, particularly championships and initiatives update with SAAC video.

?            Script clear overview of expectations for all sessions.

?            Limit speaker time on Convention floor.

?            Explain impact and process for legislative voting, particularly amendment-to-amendment process.

e. Opening business session, Honors Dinner, joint MC/PC luncheon.

?       Delegates reception, poor food and logistics.

?       Request SAAC input and involvement as part of Convention programming.

?       Consider joint MC/PC/SAAC breakfast. Retain recognition of departing members, roundtables and encourage dialogue and interaction on one or two topics.
