NCAA Division II Football Committee Duties & Responsibilities
COMMITTEE INFORMATION FOR INDIVIDUALS INTERESTED IN POSSIBLY SERVING ON NCAA COMMITTEES

CHAMPIONSHIP DATES AND GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES/NUMBER OF DAYS YOU ARE REQUIRED TO ATTEND:
Division II Football Championships ? Serve as a member of the games committee administering the competition. The competition will be conducted the Saturday of the 16th week of the first permissible date of competition. (Arrive Wednesday ? Leave Sunday; total of five days).
Division II Football Preliminary-Rounds ? Serve as the NCAA game representative at first-round and second-round competition. Only four committee members will be needed to staff quarterfinal-round competition, and two committee members will be needed to staff semifinal-round competition. The competition will take place on a Saturday of the 12th, 13th, 14th and 15th week of the first permissible date of competition. The arrival time will be on a Friday and the departure time will be either on Saturday after the game or on Sunday morning. As such, the number of days out of the office cannot be definitively determined.
NUMBER OF IN-PERSON MEETINGS PER YEAR (include approximate dates and days away from office):

- Numerous conference calls from August through December. The ranking calls take place on Monday afternoon.
