[Note:  During the dead immediately preceding the initial National Letter of Intent signing date, the National Letter of Intent can not be hand-delivered; it must be mailed.]


Division II Field Hockey, Soccer and Men's Water Polo


January 30 (7 a.m.) through February 1, 2006, 
(7 a.m.) during the 48 hours prior to 7 a.m. on
the initial date for the spring signing of the
National Letter of Intent).


All Other Division II Sports









Exception - U.S. Diving National Championships

November 7 (7 a.m.) through November 9, 2005, (7 a.m.) (during the 48 hours prior to 7 a.m. on the initial date for the fall signing of the National Letter of Intent).

April 10 (7 a.m.) through April 12, 2006, (7 a.m.) (during the 48 hours prior to 7 a.m. on the initial date for the spring signing of the National Letter of Intent).



When the dead period for recruiting occurs during the U.S. Diving National Championships, it shall be permissible to observe prospects participating in that event.
