The purpose of the NCAA's regional rules seminars is to present an educational opportunity to athletics administrators and coaches at Divisions I, II and III institutions. The seminars are designed so that participants with different backgrounds and experiences may benefit. The seminars are conducted at two sites annually and the membership is encouraged to participate.
