An outstanding track and field student-athlete for the California Institute of Technology, Helen holds the school record in the 100-meter hurdles and was also a member of the record holding 4x100 and 4x400-meter relay teams.  

As a sophomore, she was named the winner of the Frances W. Davies Female Athlete of the Year Award at Caltech. Additionally, she was also awarded the Kathy Kanes Most Valuable Female Track and Field Athlete for the last three years.

In 2005, Helen made the CoSIDA Academic all-American Regional Team and was selected to receive an Upper Class Merit Award from Caltech.

Helen was a member of the Caltech Christian Fellowship and the Caltech Y. In her free time, she likes to knit and sew.

Helen graduated from Caltech with honors in May 2006 and is currently working at Farmers Insurance Group.
