NCAA Rules and Bylaws

nullEach NCAA division has a manual containing its own set of rules (bylaws). These manuals are published (updated) prior to each school year.

In addition to divisional regulations, there are playing rules committees that set rules for specific sports.

The Legislative Services Database (LSDBi) is a useful tool for looking up NCAA Divisions I, II and III legislation and proposals. The information in LSDBi is updated continuously throughout the year as the legislation changes. Users may also search major infraction cases.
